Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Free Standard Delivery: 4–5 Business Days
- Swift Delivery: 2–3 Business Days (Additional charges may apply.)

Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible orders.
- Express/Swift delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (jo method tum use karte ho, wohi rehne do) so you can monitor your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
